My older cousin visits Barbados regularly, for someone to go there that often there must be something good about it. I'd never had a taste of the Caribbean either so why not let me see? And for that price I'd be stupid not to go.
Things you did? Wish you did?
First things first, we went to a bar called 'Boat Yard' by the beach for some drinks and food shortly after we landed. They have a few of these bars by the beach but this one was by far the liveliest. I attended two concerts, an '"All Stars" type of show where Beenie Man, Lauryn Hill and many more were performing. I was also I the VIP section which meant free food and drinks all night. I was LIVING! The other was a Soca concert with famous Soca artists/bands, my favourite from the night was 'Square One' (a Soca band from BIM) they were turnt the f*ck upppp! See, I'm not a big fan of Soca but I h'enjoyeddd!
I wish I tried the fish from Oistins on a Friday. I heard the fish over there is the best.

Hiring car and driving around almost half the island has to be my favourite moment. I got to see so much of Barbados. Plus, they drive on the same side as the UK! YAS!
The "All Stars" concert is another fave. Seeing artists I wouldn't usually see perform was something different, but good different. The vibes. The people. I loved it.
KFC BISCUITS! THE BEST I'VE EVER TASTED! I STILL DREAM ABOUT THEM TODAY! WE NEED TO STEP OUR PUSSIES UP AND BRING THEM TO THE UK NOW!
